Banana Milk

Banana milk ice-cream, a creamy and full-bodied fruit taste, healthy and very nutritious, also perfect as a tasty and refreshing snack!

With the banana you can make both the sorbet and the ice-cream. The ice-cream is probably the most classic and perfect form for a snack based on fruit different from the usual.

The only essential requirement for making this ice-cream is that the bananas must have an excellent taste (try ‘em first! 😉). It also needs to be ripened at its right point – too ripe might cause an unpleasant taste for the ice-cream.

Suggestion

I have to tell you that Banana Milk has a BFF and its name is Chocolate. So, please do yourself a favour and make the chocolate flavour as well or at least add a topping. I suggest a chocolate topping or whipped cream – you’re not going to be disappointed. TRUST ME! 😉
