The recipe for coffee ice-cream is very easy to do. With a few ingredients you will get a dessert to complete your meal in a perfect way! Coffee ice-cream is simply a classic. The best thing is that it’s even possible to make it better by adding biscuits, chocolate chips or whipped cream. OMG I cannot wait!

- 1 egg yolk
- 125 gr. icing sugar
- 6 gr. instant coffee
- 250 gr. whole milk
- 200 gr. whipping cream
First of all take a saucepan with a thick bottom and rinse it with cold water without drying it. Heat the milk with the sugar in this saucepan and wait until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the instant coffee and let it dissolve in the milk. When the coffee has completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature (about 20° C).
In a separate bowl beat the egg yolk with the cream until the mixture becomes clear and fluffy.
When the coffee mixture is at room temperature you can add it to the other ingredients as shown in the photo.
You’re almost there. Now you can pour the mixture trough the lid of your ice-cream machine, select a program (if you have one) and switch on the machine.
Wait the necessary time, around 30 mins and Da-dan your ice-cream is ready!

When the ice-cream will be ready don’t start to eat it immediately — WHAAT?
Leave the ice-cream in the freezer for 1 hour before tasting it, if you can resist ;)
PS: don’t forget to add the perfect topping for chocolate: whipped cream — of course!
