Eggnog ice-cream, which being flavoured with Marsala and/or rum is suitable only for adults.

Eggnog is excellent served simply in a cup, but also lends itself to the preparation of refined summer desserts, along with fruit, whipped cream, biscuits and maybe a splash of other Marsala, or use it to fill cakes or pastries. If you never tried this flavour you cannot imagine how rich and good it isMouth watering in progress…

Step 1

Important: first of all you need to make the eggnog sauce, so just click and jump there!

Now that your eggnog sauce is ready waiting for you in the fridge, we can go ahead with the ice-cream recipe.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the sugar.

As soon as the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the milk cool down.

Once cold, I suggest to put the milk in the fridge for a couple of hours – if you have time.



Step 2

When the milk is cold, whip the cream and then add the cold milk in the bowl.


Step 3

Now you can finally add the eggnog sauce to the mixture and mix all together. Wow you’re ice-cream is basically ready. Can you believe it?



You’re almost there. Now you can pour the mixture trough the lid of your ice-cream machine, select a program (if you have one) and switch on the machine.

Wait the necessary time, around 30 mins and Da-dan your ice-cream is ready!

OMG! Are you ready?



When the ice-cream will be ready don’t start to eat it immediately — WHAAT?

Leave the ice-cream in the freezer for 1 hour before tasting it, if you can resist ;)


PS: don’t forget to add the perfect topping for chocolate: whipped cream — of course!
