Ingredients

  • 200 gr. honey – possibly acacia’s honey
  • 50 gr. hazelnuts

Step 1

Chop the hazelnuts on a chopping board.

I suggest to use a knife without hacksaw to do this in the best way.

Step 2

Collect all the hazelnuts in a bowl and pour the honey on it.

Suggestions

I suggest to add this delicious topping on ice-cream with a light taste. Try it on top of: vanilla, fiordilatte or hazelnut ice-cream.
