Whipped Cream

Whipped cream! Do I have to say more? Whipped cream is the KING of the toppings without any doubts.

Anyway, whip cream at home is a simple procedure but essential! Here are the directions to make it better

Preparation time:

  • 250 gr. whipping cream
  • 25 gr. icing sugar

Step 1

Pour the cream into a steel bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before starting it so that it is very cold. Put also the whisks of the electric mixer in the fridge.


Step 2

Sweeten the cream adding icing sugar a little at a time while mixing.


Place the whips in the cream and operate them at the first speed. Start whipping the cream by rotating the bowl in the same direction while keeping the whips still. Increase the speed little by little until you get a whipped cream – take a look at the photo.



Keep the cream in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.

PS: I know that you’re going to eat it in less than 5 minutes ;), but I suggest to¬†keep it in the fridge for no more than one day.
